The star bell tent was designed to bring you the best, innovative features that would improve our classic bell tent. Our original star bell tent is perfect for the UK weather as it has an integrated canopy. No longer will you need to spend extra time to erect a canopy alongside our tent. This is perfect for those rainy days, as you can utilise the 50cm overhang and leave your muddy shoes at the entrance.
Another amazing feature in the star tent is the 360 netting. The netting offers the perfect balance of being able to look outside, keep dry on wet summer days, and being able to create some extra ventilation when it gets a little warmer, without those creepy crawlies getting into your tent. The view of your location can really be appreciated with our 360 netting.
We have revolutionised the way you pitch your bell tent with our unique webbing. We have gotten rid of the guy ropes and sliders as they can sometimes loose tension and make your tent loose. Instead, we have added webbing as it's much more sturdy even in the highest of winds.
At the base, you’ll find a heavy-duty zipped in ground sheet that gives you the option to unzip and roll up the sides with 360 netting while you lounge, letting the air flow in and around you. You’ll also be kept cool and comfortable thanks to the four zipped windows and air vents at the top, while everyone of these tents is made from 100% canvas so you won’t be waking up in a sweat. It’s also mould, rot and water-repellent.
In front, there’s a secondary mosquito net door behind the main door, and holding the whole structure together is a 35mm center pole made with aluminum making it much lighter to carry, yet sturdy enough for strong winds. We’ve also included extra-strong pegs that won’t bend, making this tent sturdy in windy weather and bad conditions.
The perfect tent for up to six adults who can sleep comfortably inside, giving this tent the feel of a luxurious open-plan bedroom. Each tent can be assembled by one person, with everything needed for assembly included in the pack.

Just back from my first weekend in my new 4m Star Bell. Wow! So much better than a regular bell. Firstly lots of nice comments from fellow campers about the shape and design.
Secondly the new features are brilliant. It obviously poured down on our second day so the porch area was brilliant for keeping us and our chairs and food and coolbox all dry. Lots of huddling underneath and gazing at the stars in the days to follow.
The multiple ventilation options were great, especially in this mega long heatwave we've been experiencing this summer and unlike other bells I've slept in, this one wasn't too heavy either.
You'll need to camp near your car or have a trolley. It's not heavy but it's not ideal for a long trek either.
Boutique camping folk were just as brilliant in answering all sorts of questions before-hand. If you're thinking of getting bell, get the star one. It's small enough to fit in the tightest campsites, yet the new features are just amazing.
Great tent, easy to set up, even had a bit of rain and wind which hold perfectly and no drop to leak, 4 person fits nicely and sleeps comfi with space to spare, but if you want put your cooking set inside buy larger tent. Very happy with my purchase, glad that I chose bell tent this time. No other tent can stand against this one, trust me.
